The Orto Patisserie, located inside our hotel, is renowned for the quality of its pastries made with fresh, wholesome ingredients.
In addition to traditional Ligurian products,
the Pastry Shop is where we serve Breakfasts to Hotel guests.

Typical Genoese breakfast
The Genoese breakfast offers a selection of typical products from our region and is the typical breakfast of the Genoese DOC.
Ѐ consisting of: focaccia genovese, cappuccino, apricot Genoese chiffero, Santo Stefano d'Aveto yogurt and to finish orange juice.
If you have never dunked focaccia in cappuccino you cannot say you have lived like a true Genoese, but more importantly, you don't know what you are missing.
Fisherman's Breakfast
The Fisherman's Breakfast is designed for the brave and those seeking anauthentic dining experience.
We named it 'del Pescatore' because it was once the custom for fishermen who came to breakfast to drink a glass of white with a toccu de fugassa .
In fact, this second choice includes: focaccia genovese, glass of Vermentino dei Colli di Luni, toasted crostone with butter and salted anchovy from Camogli, coffee and a slice of our pandolce genovese (ancient recipe with mother yeast).
